Ausbil Balanced Fund

The Balanced Fund is an actively managed diversified fund investing across the spectrum of asset classes, including Australian and international shares, fixed interest, property and cash assets. The aim of the Fund is to provide capital growth over the medium to long term whilst at the same time provide moderate income.

Fund Objective

To achieve returns (before fees and taxes) in excess of the strategic benchmark allocation over the medium to long term whilst also providing moderate tax-effective income. There is no guarantee that this objective will be achieved.
