Client Services Support (Graduate position)

We are searching for a Client Services Support graduate to join the Ausbil team.

Ausbil Investment Management, based in Sydney, is one of Australia’s leading specialist Australian and global investment managers. Established in 1997, we are a strategic partnership between members of the investment/management team of Ausbil and New York Life Investment Management. Our clients include industry superannuation funds, investment platform, advisers and retail investors.

Your new role:

We are searching for a Client Services Support graduate to join the Ausbil team. This is a dynamic position that offers excellent learning opportunities and career development. The role sits within our Client Services & Marketing team and will primarily focus on:

  • Client Services – Completion of data requests and assisting the team with various queries, ensuring timely and professional resolutions

  • Database management – Assist with populating monthly data

  • Presentations – Assist with the preparation of regular PowerPoint presentations

  • Reporting – Assist with monthly data requests, follow procedures for monthly and quarterly reporting and assist with written attribution commentary

  • Administration – Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation and maintenance of client records.

About you:

This is an entry-level position and would suit a recent university graduate or an experienced candidate with 1-2 years in a similar client services role. Although training will be provided to the successful candidate, strong attention to written and numeric detail, and an interest in financial markets (especially share markets), are essential.

Key requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

  • Advanced excel / spreadsheet skills advantageous

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • An eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive and professional environment
