Paul co-founded Ausbil in 1997 as an Australian equities house, building Ausbil into one of Australia’s leading investment managers offering Australian and global equity funds. Paul holds the position of Executive Chairman of Ausbil, Chief Investment Officer and Head of Equities. He is responsible for portfolio construction and strategy, and management of the Equities team. Paul has been instrumental in building Ausbil into a multi-billion dollar investment manager. Paul’s role includes investment strategy, portfolio construction and input into the investment management of Ausbil’s funds. Paul is a member and Chairman of Ausbil’s Portfolio Construction Committee. He has been in investments since 1979, gaining experience with companies such as Westpac Banking Corporation’s Investment Management Division, Mercantile & General and Legal & General Asset Management. Mark is the CEO of Ausbil Investment Management, where he is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including sales and distribution, marketing, finance, information technology, operations, legal and compliance. With over 30 years of experience in funds management, Mark has extensive multi-asset class expertise. Prior to his current role, he headed distribution and institutional sales at Ausbil, and before that, headed the company's wholesale distribution business. He has also held positions with Norwich Investment Management, County Investment Management, and IOOF/Perennial (Perennial Investment Partners). Mark holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Monash University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. In addition, he serves as an Independent Director of IGCC (Investor Group on Climate Change).

John has been with Ausbil since 2001, and in the investment industry since 1985. At Ausbil, John holds the position of Co-Head of Equities. John’s role includes strategy and portfolio construction, as well as input into the investment management of the Fund. John is a member of Ausbil’s Portfolio Construction Committee. John has decades of financial services experience with companies such as McNall & Hordern (Sydney), Cazenove & Co (London), Royal Insurance Asset Management (London) and Legal & General Asset Management (Sydney). John’s career includes senior roles in management, stockbroking, investment management and portfolio management in the funds management industry. John’s initial grounding in equity analysis came through positions with stockbroking firms McNall & Hordern in Sydney and Cazenove & Co in London. Whilst in the United Kingdom, John became Portfolio Manager for Royal Insurance Asset Management with responsibility for Asia Pacific Funds. Back in Australia after five years in London, John joined Legal & General Asset Management as a Senior Portfolio Manager. John holds a Bachelor of Economics degree, and is an Affiliate of FINSIA.

Vicki has significant financial and accounting experience including as Head of Group Finance Operations at Pendal Group, and prior to that as Head of Business Management and Financial Controller at Fidante/Challenger, and also with Macquarie, ABN AMRO and HLB Mann Judd. Vicki is a member of the Executive Committee and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) degree from the University of New South Wales. Vicki is a member of the Institute for Chartered Accountants, a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Kristy is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Ausbil. Kristy has over 20 years experience in the legal profession and the financial services industry. Prior to joining Ausbil, she operated her own consulting firm providing legal, compliance and risk management services to the industry and in particular asset and wealth managers, was General Counsel and Company Secretary for Nikko Asset Management in Australia and was also with ANZ Wealth and Mirvac Group. Kristy also spent over 5 years with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in enforcement litigation and compliance roles ending her service there as Manager of the Compliance Directorate for Financial Services responsible for ensuring compliance with Australian financial services law by large entities regulated by ASIC. Kristy holds an unrestricted practising certificate from the Law Society of New South Wales. She volunteers as a Co-Opted Member of the Board Governance Committee for Lifeline Australia.

Michael manages the Ausbil Active Dividend Income Fund. Michael has over 35 years of quantitative, actuarial and financial markets experience working in Sydney and Melbourne with companies such as AMP Capital, ING Investment Management, Mercantile Mutual and Colonial Mutual. Before joining Ausbil, Michael was Head of Australian Equities at AMP Capital. His primary roles at AMP Capital were the overall management of the $16b Australian equities team and the portfolio management of the sustainable equities and equity income strategies. As Ausbil’s Chief Economist, Jim is responsible for macroeconomic research and strategy. As Associate Director – Debt and Diversifieds, Jim manages the Ausbil Balanced Fund cash and fixed interest mandates. Jim has been with Ausbil since 2014, and has been involved in investment markets since 1986, with investment experience in managing multi-billion dollar active fixed interest portfolios for the likes of BT Investment Management, Rothschild Australia Asset Management and Commonwealth Bank Financial Services Asset Management. As a highly experienced equity and fixed interest macro strategist and economist, over his career he has demonstrated a consistent skill in adding value to portfolios and translating macroeconomic themes into actionable investment strategies and portfolios. Jim holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics (Honours) degrees from the University of Sydney.

Chris started his equity analysis career over 13 years ago at Credit Suisse then Morgan Stanley as a lead small cap analyst covering companies across a number of sectors. For the past five years, Chris led the Australian stock coverage in Hong Kong for JP Morgan Asset Management. He was also a regional analyst on the Pacific Technology fund and an ESG fund, as well as being a member of the JPM ESG proxy committee. Måns leads Ausbil’s ESG team and is also Co-Portfolio Manager of the Ausbil Active Sustainable Equity Fund. Måns also leads Ausbil’s integration of proprietary ESG scoring, research and ratings within Ausbil’s top-down bottom-up valuation approach. Måns has been with Ausbil since 2015. Prior to Ausbil, Måns held senior ESG positions at AMP Capital, and worked at Carnegie Investment Bank, Macquarie Bank and Accenture. Måns is well known for his advocacy, research and leadership on key ESG issues, including modern slavery, climate change, human rights, governance and stewardship, and many other ESG issues. In 2022, Måns was awarded an Order of Australia Medal (OAM) for contribution to the responsible investment industry. He has also received a letter of commendation from Anti-Slavery Australia in 2019. Måns also holds a number of leadership positions in the industry, including: Director of RIAA (Responsible Investment Association Australasia); Chair of RIAA’s Human Rights Working Group; and is on the steering committee of IAST-APAC (Investors Against Slavery and Trafficking – Asia Pacific). Prior to joining Ausbil, Janelle was an Operations Analyst at MainstreamBPO, a Research Analyst (Intern) at the NSW Cancer Council, and held various roles at the University of Technology as a student. Simon has over 20 years of investment experience. Prior to joining Ausbil, Simon spent four years at AMP Capital as an Investment Consultant in Sydney. Prior to this Simon spent 11 years at Barings, based in London and HK and was a Director within the Global Quantitative Research Team.

Tobias has over 15 years of financial markets experience. Tobias was a fund manager on the global desk at Newton Investment Management managing over $20bn in global equity strategies. Tobias left Newton to be the 2IC in the global small & mid cap team at Barings helping manage the $3bn Baring Europe Select Trust and other global strategies. Tobias has also worked for CLSA as Head of Emerging Companies.
Tobias is focused on global small cap companies and his responsibilities at Ausbil include strategy and portfolio construction, research, analysis and portfolio management. Tobias has a MA (Hons) in Social Anthropology from the University of Edinburgh.

Joseph is an Equity Analyst at Ausbil within the Global SmallCap team. Joseph commenced with Ausbil in 2017 as Client Services Support within the Institutional division and was promoted to Client Services Associate in 2018. In February 2019, Joseph moved into the middle office team in a support function responsible for trade, settlement and allocation support for portfolio management.
Joseph has been in the financial services and investment industry since August 2010, gaining experience in investor relations, as an analyst and in client services with leading financial services firms. Joseph has a Bachelor of Applied Finance and Economics from Macquarie University, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Tim is Head of Global Listed Infrastructure and has over 20 years of financial markets experience working in Sydney and London with companies such as AMP Capital, AMP Capital Brookfield, RARE Infrastructure, Insight Investment and Rothschild Asset Management.
Prior joining Ausbil, Tim was Head of Global Listed Infrastructure at AMP Capital. His primary role at AMP Capital was the management of global listed infrastructure funds which grew from $200m to $2bn during his tenure. Tim also sat on various Investment and Valuation committees for the AMP Capital Unlisted Infrastructure Funds. Before this, Tim was a senior analyst at boutiques AMP Capital Brookfield and RARE Infrastructure where he was responsible for a broad range of Infrastructure companies globally. Earlier in his career he worked for 10 years as an equity analyst with Insight Investment and Rothschild Asset Management. Tim is a founding member of Ausbil’s global infrastructure team and his roles at Ausbil include strategy, portfolio construction and stock analysis for the global listed infrastructure team.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Structural Engineering) from The University of Sheffield (United Kingdom) and studied Engineering Science at Oxford University.

Jonathan is Co-Head Global Listed Infrastructure and has over 16 years of financial markets experience working in Sydney and New York for AMP Capital, AMP Capital Brookfield, RARE Infrastructure and Bear Stearns Asset Management.
Before joining Ausbil, Jonathan spent 10 years working alongside Tim Humphreys at RARE Infrastructure and AMP Capital as a Portfolio Manager/Analyst in the Global Listed Infrastructure team. Prior to joining AMP Capital, Jonathan was an analyst at AMP Capital Brookfield and RARE Infrastructure based in Sydney where he was responsible for analysing infrastructure companies in the Emerging Markets, Asia Pacific and North America regions. Jonathan started his career at Bear Stearns, where he worked as an investment analyst for the large-cap value team. Jonathan is a founding member of Ausbil’s global infrastructure team and his roles include strategy, portfolio construction and company analysis for global listed infrastructure securities in the transportation infrastructure sector.

Paul joined Ausbil’s Global Infrastructure Team in 2018 and has over 20 years of experience in the utilities and infrastructure sector including over a decade as a highly respected sell-side analyst in Australia and prior to that direct infrastructure industry experience.
Prior to joining Ausbil, Paul was a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets, Head of Australian Equities Research, with overall responsibility for Australian equities research team. He also had responsibility for research coverage of the utility and infrastructures sectors in Australia which he covered for 11 years including the last 6 years at RBC. Prior to moving into equities research, Paul worked for companies such as Vodafone and Powercor and also the Victorian Government where he obtained around a decade of experience as an economist specialising in the areas of policy development, industry structure and regulation in the infrastructure sector.
Paul is a founding member of Ausbil’s global infrastructure team, and his role includes company analysis for global listed infrastructure securities in the utilities sector. Paul holds a Bachelor of Economics with first class Honours from La Trobe University in Melbourne.

Natasha joined Ausbil’s listed Infrastructure Team in 2018 and has over 16 years of financial experience working in Sydney and New York including over 10 years as a buy-side infrastructure equity analyst at a major Global Investment Management firm.
Prior to joining Ausbil, Natasha held the position of Associate Director – Senior Equities Analyst for the Macquarie Global Listed Infrastructure Fund where she was based in both Sydney and New York. Since 2007 Natasha had sole responsibility for analysing, building financial valuation models and making stock recommendations for the North American energy infrastructure and US telecommunication tower sectors. Natasha has also researched other infrastructure companies including utilities in the United States, airports in Mexico, toll roads in Brazil and communications infrastructure companies in Europe. Prior to joining Macquarie in 2004 she worked as a Tax Accountant at Foster Raffan in Sydney.
