Ausbil Investment Management (Ausbil) is honoured to announce that Paul Xiradis, Executive Chairman, was presented with a lifetime achievement award at the SQM/Financial Newswire Fund Manager of the Year Awards on Thursday evening.

It is the second such award for Mr Xiradis, or “X” as much of the investment community knows him, after being inducted into the Funds Management Hall of Fame at the Australian Fund Manager Awards in October last year.

Mr Xiradis said today, “After managing money for over 40 years and 28 years at Ausbil, I am very pleased to accept this achievement award. I co-founded Ausbil with a relatively simple investment philosophy, that earnings and earnings revisions are the key drivers of share prices.
