Bio

Salvia is an Associate Quantitative Analyst in Ausbil’s Quantitative Research Team, which focuses on quantitative stock analysis (through Ausbil’s proprietary ranking model), attribution, and performance analysis, databases and investment and fund operational technical support.

Prior to joining Ausbil in 2021, Salvia served as a Portfolio Analyst for the Portfolio Control Team at Challenger Limited, where she was responsible for portfolio analysis and daily control for Challenger Life and Fidante funds and mandates.

Prior to Challenger, Salvia worked as an Assistant Investment Operation Analyst focusing on REITs management at Elanor Investors Group in Sydney, and an Assistant Investment Manager focusing on private equity and debts investment at Taiping Asset Management Co. Ltd, (the investment arm of China Taiping Insurance Group) in Shanghai.

Salvia holds a Bachelor of Arts (Majoring in Economics and Art History) from the Washington University in St. Louis, USA.
