Mark is responsible for Ausbil’s retail and institutional business and has 25 years’ experience in funds management. Mark specialises in developing distribution strategies and brings extensive multi asset class expertise to the team. Prior to joining Ausbil, Mark held positions with Norwich Investment Management, County Investment Management and IOOF/Perennial (Perennial Investment Partners). Finally, Mark is a Director and a member of the Executive, Due Diligence and Marketing Committees.

Camilla Skalberg

At Ausbil, Camilla is responsible for existing and new relationships with institutional clients and consultants. Camilla brings significant experience in funds management, relationship management and multi-asset investing that will help Ausbil expand its institutional and global footprint. Most recently, Camilla was a Portfolio Manager in Tailored Investment Solutions and Head of Research Houses at AMP Capital. Prior to this, Camilla was with Wellington Management as a Director, Head of Product for Australia and Asia responsible for developing innovative, customised multi-asset investment solutions for institutional clients and asset consultants. Camilla also worked at Pendal (formerly BT Investment Management) in numerous roles including Director, Head of Wholesale Sales & Consultants, Director, Head of Research & Strategy and Director, Head of Product for Corporate Super, Retail Super and Retirement Solutions. Camilla holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting and Marketing), and a Diploma in Financial Planning.

Christine is responsible for institutional account management, institutional business development, preparation for asset consultant reviews and researcher reviews.Christine holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Finance from Bentley University in Massachusetts. Prior to joining Ausbil, Christine has over 15 years of financial market experience in Australian equities. She was an Institutional Equity Sales Advisor at Commonwealth Bank, following positions at Deutsche Bank and Macquarie Bank.

In his role as National Manager, Key Accounts, Hik services national dealer groups, as well as financial planners from across the country and in particular his home state of Queensland. Hik has been involved in the financial services industry for almost 20 years. Prior to joining Ausbil, Hik began his working life as an equities dealer / market maker in London at various institutional stockbrokers. Over the course of a decade he worked at Salomon Brothers, CA Investment Bank, Schroders Securities and Citigroup and specialised in European and African Emerging Markets. In between leaving London and joining Ausbil, Hik also spent several years teaching Economics and Mathematics at Brisbane Girls Grammar. The breadth of experience that Hik has gained over the course of his working life so far has led him to feel just as comfortable explaining financial concepts to mums and dads as to highly qualified financial professionals.

Lisa joined Ausbil in 2014 and is responsible for serving the financial planning community in Victoria and South Australia. Lisa comes to Ausbil with over 11 years of experience in the financial services industry and is based in Ausbil’s Melbourne office. Lisa’s previous roles include Key Account Manager and Business Development for the Southern Region at Hunter Hall Investment Management and holds a Bachelor of Business and also an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services.

Jeremy Sherman joined Ausbil in 2017 as Investment Specialist. Between 2005 and 2017 Jeremy performed the roles of Regional Sales Manager and National Key Account Manager with Nikko Asset Management/Tyndall Investments based in Melbourne. As well as his considerable experience in the Melbourne market, Jeremy is familiar with long only equity, concentrated equity, equity income and fixed income strategies.

Fawaz is responsible for serving the financial planning community in New South Wales and Western Australia and is based in Ausbil’s Sydney office. Prior to joining Ausbil, Fawaz held positions at Challenger/Fidante developing a strong background in managing research relationships. Fawaz brings to the team in-depth experience and technical capabilities delivering an alignment with both adviser and research communities. Fawaz holds a Bachelor of Commerce and CIMA.

Daniel joined Ausbil in 2018 and is based in the Sydney office. He is responsible for serving the financial planning community in New South Wales & ACT. Prior to joining Ausbil, Daniel held a number of positions at BT Financial Group within the Adviser Distribution and Investment businesses where he developed a strong background in managing investment relationships. Daniel brings to the team a depth of knowledge and experience in investment markets and stakeholder management. Daniel’s academic qualifications include a Master of Business with Merit from Newcastle University and a Diploma of Financial Markets from FINSIA.
